The Challenge

Today’s customer demand drives an increasing need for interaction with modern payment options, apps and products. While our client had been improving their mainframe- and proprietary servers-based Payments Network for decades, it was now time for modernization. Service in China needed to launch on the rails of the new Payments Network. Leadership recognized the need for an experienced Agile program manager to bring quality to governance and management.

• Provide project management to transition from Waterfall to Agile within departments that were not yet fully adopted
