Protect Mission Critical Workloads from Pending Retirements

The Challenge

GTSG was engaged by our client to replace technical support staff that was due to retire.  We engaged quickly and efficiently yet had only a two week transition period for turnover of technical support responsibilities.

The Solution

At present, we have a single z/OS resource that provides z/OS and ISV Systems Programming support.

GTSG has been engaged with this client since May 2013, and has provided:

  1. Primary z/OS and ISV support for:
    1. z/OS and tightly integrated IBM products
    2. z/OS ISV products
  2. 24 x 7 on-call support for all technology groups where we have been involved
